Soils of alluvial origin from volcanic materials washed over
millions of years that formed very deep reddish sediments rich in iron, with great depth and increased drainage.
Nose
This Arinarnoa from Cerro Chapeu displays ripe black fruit aromas, including blackberry and black fruit jam, with subtle hints of red pepper and tomato leaf.
Palate
A juicy and balanced wine with grippy tannins.
Harvest
Hand-picked with 15 kg cases in end of February 2023.
Bottling
Estate bottled. SO2 only at bottling, unfiltered, unfined.
