millions of years that formed very deep reddish sediments rich in iron, with great depth and increased drainage.
Nose
This Manseng Noir from Cerro Chapeu is characterized by sweet spices like cardamom and cinnamon, along with black fruit and hints of peach syrup.
Palate
The wine underwent three months of barrel aging, contributing to its balance adding complexity.
Aging
It's only kept in barrels for 2 months for natural clarification.
Harvest
Hand-picked with 15 kg cases in February 2023.
Bottling
Then estate bottled with nominal So2.
