Soils of alluvial origin from volcanic materials washed over
millions of years that formed very deep reddish sediments
rich in iron, with great depth and increased drainage.

Nose

This Pet Nat offers aromas of white flowers, citrus, and rue.

Palate

The wine is fresh and enjoyable.

Harvest

Hand-picked with 15 kg cases in February 2023.

Bottling

Before each tank finishes the alcoholic fermentation, the blend is made for bottling. Ancestral method without disgorgement. Presents cloudiness from yeasts.
