Palate
Offers balanced acidity and a fresh profile, with a fruity finish that lingers pleasantly.
Aging
In stainless steel tanks sur lie for over 6 months for natural clarification, unfiltered.
Harvest
Hand-picked with 15 kg cases in February 2023.
Bottling
Bottled with minimal handling in order to preserve all its freshness with nominal So2.
